When the Woods family wanted to improve their home, they knew exactly who to consult – they’d entrusted Anglian for two of their previous properties’ home improvements, so decided to head back for a third time, as they knew what to expect. And even though it’s a little early to tell how their new home improvements will affect their home’s energy efficiency, the Woods family know they have big results to look forward to.
Here’s what Mr. and Mrs. Woods had to say about their new home improvements:
Q: Please can you explain why you decided to have your windows and doors replaced?
A: Our property had obviously not been updated since being built circa the late 1980s/early 1990s. We decided double glazing would be beneficial.
Q: What made you contact Anglian?
A: We had two previous properties updated by Anglian: a detatched 1930s house in Ipswich in 1980 and an end terrace house at Marthlesham Heath in the early 1990s.
Q: Did you speak to any other companies and, if so, what made you decide to choose Anglian?
A: No.
Q: Can you tell me if or how the visit from the sales rep helped you in your decision and final choice of style, colour and material?
A: Yes. The decision was ours, but after taking account of the sales rep’s advice and studying the information available.
Q: What’s the best thing about your new installation, and what main differences have you noticed since having your installation?
A: It’s too early to say, given the changes we have made/are making, although the sound reduction is most noticeable, and we have had no problems with keeping warm, although part of this could be due to the new central heating and cavity wall insulation we have had installed overall. However, past experience of the use of Anglian installations suggests that there will be an improvement.
